Based on boiling 6.00 gallonsliters at 1.030 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.035. You wanted an OG of 1.074. It looks like it will be under.
Blew trub out the bottom. Added 4 oz chocolate powder syrup mix. Added 3 oz of chocolate nibs in a bag. tasted it...not bad. not much change from the 11th. 1.020 gravity
