Accidentally left my burner on during mash! Hopefully converted enough sugars... My BIAB efficiency was horrid as ever. A touch lighter than planned but decent tasting wort.

Based on boiling 17.00 gallonsliters at 1.058 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 3.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.068.

You wanted an OG of 1.075. It looks like it will be under.

Notes:

Contemplated giving this 5 stars, but not quite there! This is great, the wheat is slightly sour but the carbonation is perfect (quite high) and there is a touch of malty sweetness. Malty, spicey (a bit of clove but not a clove bomb) a bit of toasty malt and a decent amount of alcohol. Complex, tasty, nearly perfect apart from the slight sourness and it's a tiny bit more 'yeasty' than I'd like.
