Tasting Notes (1)

Scratch

Tasted on 5/22/2015 by Scratch

Notes:

Appearance- Clear brown color with a fingers worth of head and a fair amount of lacing. Aroma- Strong cocoa smell. Taste- Cocoa with notes of caramel and hints of coconut. Some extract flavor. Mouthfeel- On the light end of medium bodied and smooth. Overall- Not bad but I can tell that I used extract. Next time use real toasted coconut and adjust the crystal malt to get a caramel flavor.
