(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)

Brewed by myself. Wort tasted sweet coffee/chocolate with a bitter finish. Probably did not have enough hot liquor to make 5 gallons. used the kitchen stove to heat water. Put fermenter in garage at 74F. It cooled to 50 some degrees overnight and did not ferment. Brought in house. Sunday Afternoon it started bubbling. Harrison asked me where the bubbles were!! Monday fermenting nicely now at 74F.
