I forgot to record tasting notes, but these were good. Nice and dark. Spicy, fruity, crisp. Both dry hops were good, and the differences were noticeable. The Hallertau Blanc fit in a little better, though neither were perfect. The Hallertau brought more crisp brightness, and the flavor blended in more with the alcohol. The Huell Melon takes you on a ride, since the honeydew flavor is such a departure from the rye and perle. It ends up being a more interesting beer once you get over the initial shock of such disparate flavors. I wish I had made more.
