Turned out pretty decent, still roasty, but it has mellowed a bit, a little coffee and chocolate is present followed by a little malt and dark fruit at the end....good stout...try it...it has to mellow in bottles or whatever you are using for a couple of weeks, you wont be sorry.
Checked F.G. today, 1.020, I can live with that, it gives me the ABV. @ 6.29%, the taste doesn't really count right now, but it's very roasty, a little coffee came through some notes of chocolate and some malty flavor.....very busy beer right now, good flavors. We will have to see.....cheers.
