Did not put in secondary, bottled from primary. Hopped with 2 tsp. Northern Brewer at 1 week out. Very plummy and sauvignon blanc like- nice!

May put more fruit into secondary - so we may get an unseen bump in Alcohol production.

Did not put in secondary, bottled from primary. Hopped with 2 tsp. Northern Brewer at 1 week out. Very plummy and sauvignon blanc like- nice!
