Based on boiling 6.50 gallonsliters at 1.061 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.070. You wanted an OG of 1.062. It looks like it will be over.
The Marris Otter and 2-row malt really compliment each other...malty, hoppy and not to bitter. Should let it condition in bottle 2 weeks or more...well balanced brew. will brew again.
