Spicy boi experiment saison.First Added Wyeast Belgain Saison ale on Dec. 3rd, night time right after beer had cooled enough. Fermentation has not been extremely vigorous and did not bubble over. Added another 1/2 gallon of water on Dec 5th or 6th.Bubbling has significantly decreased today on Dec 8th, but bubbling is still quite consistent.The beer in incredibly light and milky and cloudy.
