1.Add Belgian yeast first, wait about 1 week to add french yeast.
Pretty tasty. Smelled a little like dill but most of smell was that of citrus/grapefruit. Flavor was distinct like the sorachi ace. Next time I'll only do sorachi ace and I'll add the coriander seeds.
