First attempt at a Saison. Have kept the variables small, main aim is to test the results of the yeast (Danstar Belle Saison) and a warm fermentation. Ferment started @21C, in fermentation fridge, but with no cooling (but heating to keep it above 21 in case it gets cold overnight). Expect the temperature to rise as fermentation starts.
