Efficiency was higher than expected so I diluted with water after boil to get to 1.050 gravity (was at 1.062). Probably would leave it be next time and not dilute because this fermented pretty dry with the honey addition.

Notes:

A bit drier than expected. Probably would leave out the flaked corn and add more malt because the honey ferments out so well. Attenuation was a lot higher than expected so may mash slightly higher next time as well. Otherwise the orange blossom aroma is spot on. The flavor of the honey remains as well. Very drinkable and should get better with age.
