Special Instructions

Mash malts and dextrin at 155? for 1 hour

Sparge with 6 gallons of filtered water

Add hops and boil for 1 hour

Add coarse ground coffee at flame out and steep for 10 min in a grain bag

Cool to 65? and pitch yeast. Ferment for 7-10 days at 63?.

Bottle or keg as usual.
