Brewed 11/29 with a no sparge mash. Used a 1l starter of second use notty. The starter was fairly active with some blow through the airlock. Strike at 160, for a 156 degree mash. Possibly a little darker than intended. Depending on flavor consider dropping the percentage of crystal
