9/28 - Transferred from DH3K to serving keg and put into keggerator.

Notes:
Water profile: 174 mg/l Ca, 79 mg/l SO.
Brewed 9/21. Yield 5.0 gal - OG 1.076 / BRIX 18.6. Aimed for 5.5 gal output. Lost maybe 1/4 gal to hops/trub and boiled over twice. Brew went as planned otherwise, ending with moving wort to fermenter around 3:30pm. Fermenting in the boys' room, where it's roughly 72* or above (A20 range is 67*-80*). Krausen formed by next morning with great hop aroma. Biotrans hop charge (4oz Galaxy, 1oz Citra cryo) added around 8:30am 9/22.
9/25 - Transferred to DH3K onto 2oz Galaxy.
