intended to use my mystery hops (that smell like a saaz leaning variety) that finally produced after 4 years. assuming saaz like ABUs for calculations. use cascade for bittering since its predictable. want to add this new hop about half way through boil get a sense of flavor imparted as well as aroma.

Special Instructions

Collect and bring first runnings to boil for 15 minutes before adding remaining wort to pot
2.
Batch Sparge/lauter/Add remaining wort until full recipe starting volume achieved, Bring entire batch to back to boil, add 60 min hops and continue boil/hops schedule as normal.
3.
If Using Fresh ('wet') hops: use 4x the recipe's hops values
