Special Instructions

1.
Strike water 5 gallons at 165 F

Mash begins at 156 F, finishes at 145 F after 2 hours
3.
Remove grain bag and place in colander over separate pot
4.
Turn on heat to approach a boil in the main kettle
5.
Sparge and squeeze grains until reaching 7 gallons total pre-boil volume
6.
Add hops and start timer once boiling
7.
Follow hop schedule
8.
Place immersion cooler in boiling wort for the last 5 minutes of boiling
9.
Dry hop 36 hours after yeast pitch
