1.Strike water 5 gallons at 166 F
2.Mash begins at 161 F, finishes at 145 F after 2 hours
3.Remove grain bag and place in colander over separate pot
4.Turn on heat to approach a boil in the main kettle
5.Sparge and squeeze grains until reaching 6.5 gallons total pre-boil volume
6.Add hops and start timer once boiling
7.Follow hop schedule
8.Place immersion cooler in boiling wort for the last 5 minutes of boiling
