Adding some Biscuit Malt and Honey Malt for flavoring. Also changing hop addition amounts and times. First brew used too much sparge, resulting in high boil volume. Also recently moved and pH is much lower than expected, which may impact flavor profile. This recipe has not yet been attempted.
