Notes:

Dark golden. Partially cloudy. Light almost none existent. Light citrusy. Similar to Paulaner Hefeweizen Bier. Slight citrus after taste. Runny, none viscous. Great beer as a summer ale, orange peel can be added and 1 pound of wheat extract can be added to increase alcohol and body.
