Special Instructions
1.Repouso protéico só para o trigo, introduzir depois o malte e subir a temperatura para 68ºC.
2.Após fermentação segundária,voltar a aquecê-lo durante 30 min a 80ºC com recirculação para retirar o álcool da cerveja.
3.Acrescentar os 30 gr de Mosaic no flame out.
4.Fazer um Priming de 6 gr de açucar por litro e 6 colheres de chá por litro. Acrescentar 10 minutos antes do fim.
5.Acrescentar no momento do envaso, levedura para envaso.
