An Imperial IPA brewed with Amarillo and Citra Hops, mixed with sweetened grapefruit juice for a sweet hoppy sumertime beer.

The goal is to have 3/4 IIPA and 1/4 Grapefruitade

Special Instructions

Mash at 155

Ferment for 1 week and transfer to secondary (add dry-hops)

Dry hop for 6 days and remove hops.
4.
Allow to rest for another 6 days and add sweetened grapefruit juice
5.
Bottle. Once the carbonation levels are reached, put bottles in a pot (not touching the bottom) and add water . Slowly bring the water to 170 degrees F and allow to sit for about 5-10 minutes.
