Special Instructions

Steep @ 150-160F for 45 min

Spread pumpkin on baking sheet. Sprinkle pie spice and brown sugar on canned pumpkin. Bake 350F 10-15 min

Add more spice to taste at secondary.

Top off with water before fermentation. (5 gallons)
