Brewed 9/4 - Lost my notes, but OG was roughly 1.072 (17.5 BRIX).

Notes:

Air-lock and bung blew out over night due to vigorous fermentation and overfilling fermenter. Probably lost 1/4 gal or more of beer.

Notes:

3 oz cacao nibs, 3 split vanilla beans, and roughly 8 oz of 30/30 coffee beans (partially crushed in a mortar-and-pestle for better extraction) stored in vodka for 1 day, then added to primary the evening of 9/8 (4 days into fermentation) after air-lock activity stopped.
