Notes:

Topped off with tail end runnings from JuiceBox4 (pilsner, wheat, aromatic, oats, honey, carapils - OG 1.021) to reduce contact with oxygen.

Brewed 8/8 - OG 1.052 BRIX 12.5 - Placed in fermentation chamber set to 68*

Notes:

Mashed both Sour 1 and 2 as a single batch. Boiled first 6 gal out of the mash with hop addition. Boiled next 6 gal out of mash just long enough to sanitize. After cooling, split each kettle between 2 fermenters.
