Target IBU 30-40 w/ extract.

Whirlpool 1 oz Centennial and 1 oz Nelson for 30m at 175*

Ferment at 64* until within 2*P of finishing then free rise to 70-72*
5.
Dry hop when within 2*P of terminal gravity.
6.
Puree blackberries with lactose and heat to 180. cool and add to FV with dry hop
