Special Instructions

1.
Rehydrate yeast
2.
Steep grains at 77C to 80C for 60 minutes in 9L water
3.
Move to boil keg.
4.
Sparge water 77C to 80C unlit level is 25L
5.
Bring wort to boil add Galaxy hops boil for 45 minutes.
6.
Afrer 45 minutes add Cascade hops boil for 15 minutes.
7.
Allow to cool move to fermentating vessel.
8.
Add Hydrated yeast
