Special Instructions

1.
Heat strike water (2/3 RO, 1/3 FILTERED) to 169F to reach mash temp of 154.5
2.
Hold mash temp for 90 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes
3.
Heat 18 gallons sparge water (2/3 RO, 1 / 3 filtered ) to 170F
4.
After 90 minutes Raise mash temp to 167F start sparge.
5.
Bring to rolling boil for 90 minutes. With 20 minutes left add 4 whirlfloc tabs
6.
Add hops according to schedule
7.
When last batch is cooled add 50 grams 34/70 yeast
