Special Instructions
1.Steep grain at 160° for 30 minutes, then remove.
2.Bring wort to boil, remove from heat, add 3/4 of LME.
3.Bring wort to boil, begin hop additions. At 10 min until end of boil, ad remiaing LME.
4.Cool wort to 70° within 30 min (sink of ice water and sanitized gallon jug of frozen water).
5.Aerate wort by pouring between 2 sanitized buckets about 8-10 times.
6.Pitch yeast (follow directions on starter pack prior to steeping).
7.Add 3 gal water slowly as foam allows. (Used 6 gal glass carboy as primary, but had some krausen overflow issues).
