Steep grains in 3 gal of 150deg water for 90 min

Add DME and water to 4 gal and boil for 60 min.

Add cascade hops with 30 min left on the boil

Add honey with 5 min left on boil

Cool quickly and add to brew bucket

Add water to make 5 gal
7.
take a hydrometer reading Around 1.057
8.
Add yeast starter and airate
9.
Ferment for 7 days
10.
Keg for 3 days
11.
Drink and age in refer
