May 15/22: Mashed in with 16.5L, 4ml phosphoric, 3g CaSo4 and 2g CaCl2

Hit 64.5C. 45 minute mash

Sparged with 19.75L, 4ml phosphoric, 3.5g CaSO4 and 2.5g CaCl2

53C mashbed plus 82C water for 69C mashout.

1/2 brown sugar in at 7 minutes. 5 minute hops put in bag to steep.

May 15/22 1pm: Pitched into 20C wort. FC set to 20C to start.
7.
May 16/22 6am: Bubbling vigorously, laser at 20C. FC down to 16.5C.
8.
May 16/22 530pm: Vigorous fermentation, laser at 18C.
9.
May 17/22 630am: Added 1oz Brambling Cross dry hop to active fermentation.
10.
May 17/22 4pm: Krausen dropping, FC up to 18.5C.
11.
May 17/22 930pm: FC up to 19.5C
12.
May 18/22 6am: FC up to 21C
13.
May 18/22 9pm: FC up to 22C
14.
May 21/22 10am: Unplugged heat to begin cooling.
15.
June 4/22: Bottling Day! Added 4.22oz dextrose to 17L at 22C for 2.55 volumes. Poor yield/debris, should have cooled longer to freeze dry hops.
16.
***Forgot to get a final gravity due to low yield flusterage.
