The base recipe is Bavarian lager, but we're adding honey malt, and it'll rest on vanilla bean in the secondary. We'll also add a touch of honey in the keg to up the sweetness a tad.

Notes:

First attempt at lagering is a success. It's crisp, like any lager should be, but the honey and the vanilla really bring everything together. I think that both my Bud-drinking friends and craft beer friends alike will find something to dig about this one.
