Mash Steps

No mash steps in this recipe

Special Instructions

1.
19 lts of water and Mash 1 hour at 65C
2.
Then up to 77C for 10 mins
3.
Sparge with 14 lts of water at 77C. Then on to boil
4.
First hops in at start of boil plus Maltodextrin
5.
Protofloc in for last 10 mins
6.
Final hops in at 80C. Left to stand for 10 mins then chilling continued
7.
Yeast added at 20C with Pure Brew SG 1.058
8.
24 hrs later fermenting well
9.
4 days after brewing - racked and dry hopped with 30gms Mosaic SG1.018
10.
A day later SG1.012
11.
Cold Crashed for 3 days. Bottled on 29th November 11 days after brewing
12.
SG 1.008 bottled with 70 gms Dex.
