Notes:
This is the best beer I have ever brewed. Wonderful hop flavor, pleasant bitterness, good spicy/bubblegum flavor coming from the yeast. Dry yet velvety smooth. Citrus and stone fruit up front, saison spice in the finish. Doesn't drink like an almost 8% beer. Just don't scorch the LME.
