Special Instructions

1.
Kit made as instructed with boilied water and cold water and sugars to23 lts
2.
Yeast added at 24C SG1.042.
3.
30 gms of Lemon Drop hops added to fermentation after 24 hrs. Fermenting well.
4.
Lemon Drop dry hopping 2 days after brew day.
5.
Racked to secondary after 4 days. Additional Lemond Drop and Citra hops added.
6.
Cold crashed for 4 days then bottled
7.
Some hops still suspended on Bottling day! Batche primed with 60gms Dex. SG1.004
