Using up Malts left over and in small quantities. A Saison Harvest Ale, or a Belgian Dubbel, or a Biere de Garde, just adjust Hop Bill to suit. Also changing the yeast. Aiming at a Biere de Garde. As the profile is on the Malty side I am using Mangrove Jack's M42 neutral with High Flocculation.
