Special Instructions

1.
Make a 1 liter starter if you use fresh yeast
2.
Or just use 11,5 g of dried yeast

Add WLN4100 enzyme to the fermentor with the yeast.

Ferment at 18 C for 12 days
5.
Dry hop for 2 days at day 12.
6.
Rack to keg – keep cold for 2 weeks. Carbonate to 3 vol.
7.
Or transfer to bottles. Use 8 g/l sugar for carbonation. Keep in room temperature for 10 days. Then lager cold for 6 weeks.
