1.Roast in a hot dry skillet for 10 minutes then crack with a hammer. Add to mash.
This sat in the primary until today. when I opened it, it had spoiled. possible sources of contamination were that I stole a sample a couple weeks ago, and I did not purge with CO2,,, but more likely, I think is that the airlock dried out too much and let air into the fermentor. Poured it out and will start over.
