Special Instructions

Whirfloc at 15 min
2.
Chill to 48 degrees. Then pitch three packs of WPL Lager yeast or yeast starter.
3.
Ferment Primary 2-3 days at 48 then raise to 50 degrees for three more days. Then up to 55 degrees for one week.
4.
At 55 degrees add the dry hops and rias to 65 degrees for diacetyl rest.
5.
Crash to 32 degrees for lagering. 7-10 days.
