Special Instructions

1.
Pre-Boil volume 6.5 gallon and Pre-Boil OG = 1.038
2.
Boil 90 minutes. Add hops with 60 minutes remaining
3.
Insert wort chiller with 10 min remaining. Cover with lid and chill to 62F.
4.
Rack to fermenter. Pitch yeast and aerate.
5.
Ferment at 62F for 7 days and rack to secondary fermenter for 7 days

Notes:

From a friend: "Citrus on the nose; subtle, but firm, like a friend you haven't talked to in awhile but would show up if you called them. Bright and fresh up front, this beer is begging for a picnic blanket and a warm summer day. Finish is malty, but crisp, as if it's inviting you to take another sip. You can taste the love brewed into this beer all the way from seed to swig".
