Mash at 155 for 60 minutes
3.
Chill to 90 degrees and pitch Kviek
4.
Ferment at 95F for 1 week
5.
Transfer to keg with dry hops, purge headspace for 3 days
6.
O2 free transfer to purged serving keg and carbonate for 3 days
7.
Serve cold.
