Special Instructions

Mash 150 deg for 60 min

Add Irish moss 10 min left in mash
3.
Add 1.65 oz Saab at 60 min boil

Add .55 oz Saab at 5 min boil
5.
Ferment at 50 degrees

After 10 min mash check water ph, adjust as needed

After aging longer the beer was even better. Smooth. All particulates in beer dropped to bottom of bottle the longer in the refrigerator.
