Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
65c for 1 hour. Then to 75C for 10 mins then to 77C for sparging.
2.
Sparging. Boiled for an hour. Hops in as above.
3.
Orange zest and Coriander powder added for 45 mins
4.
Pitched yeast at 20C with Pure Brew. SG1.058
5.
Once fermenting @ 20C temp. then up to 28C after 2 days. Fermenting very well
6.
Racked one week after brewing on 23rd April 2021 SG1.004
7.
Secondary ferm barrel flushed with CO2 before transfer
8.
In cellar for 3 days then Cold Crashed for 3 days
9.
Batch primed with 55 gms Dex. & 10 Herms and bottled. SG1.005
