Special Instructions

1.
Pitch qt 60C then up to 65 for 1 hour. Then to 75C for 10 mins then to 77C for sparging.

26lts from Sparging. Boiled for an hour. Hops in as above.

Chilled to 20C and starter yeast added SG1.048
4.
Once fermenting temp. up to 28/30C Fermented fast
5.
Racked 5 days after brewing on 14th April SG1.010
6.
In cellar for 9 days then Cold Crashed for 4 days
7.
Bottled on 27th April
8.
Batch primed with 60 gms Dex. & 10 Herms and bottled. SG1.004
