1.Added 10g of Gypsum and 10 grams of CaCl2 to 10 gallons of brew water at beginning of brew session based on EX Water calculator
2.Mash at 154F with 5 gallon oh H20 (water only brought to 170F), Mashed for 1 hour
3.Recirculated after 1 hour of mash with Pump for about 10 minutes.
4.Sparged with 4 gallons of H20 at 175F (intially), brought pre-boil volume up to 7 gallons (risky)
5.Boiled over once or twice, but never too bad. However, propane tank ran out about 15 minutes into boil. Caught after a couple minutes, kept boil timeline the same (overall 60 min total)
6.Pitched yeast into preboiled Yeast water at 90F and let sit for 20 min, then stirred and let sit for another 15 minutes.
7.Chilled with Pump hangover (was not pumping for the first few minutes) not sure why? may have had air in it? Need transparent lines. Chilled to 72F
