Chose 45 because our OG pre-boil was already 1.053. \n\nChill:\nChilled with pump system and copper coil (about 25 min to 30) down to about 80F\n\nYeast:\nBoiled water and let cool while brew was happening, added Full dry pack to about 6 oz of H20, let sit for 15, then stirred and let sit again before pitching\n\nFermentation: \nDay 0: Started FTSS off at 68 degrees, chilled wort down in about an hour. \nDay 1: up to 70F\n\nLast 7 days up to 72 F\n\nday 10 clod crashed, but only got down to 64F. Didn\u0027t work well.
