1.Grind grain, mash for 1 hour, sparge and Boil in Kettle for 1 hour
2.Sanitize 3 gallon carboy (#1), autosiphon, air lock and yeast packet
3.Cool wort to 22 degrees c
4.Transfer wort to carboy(#1), sanitize saran wrap, oxygenate the wort and add yeast
5.Sanitize filled air lock and pop into sanitized carboy (#1)
6.Allow wort to ferment for 5 to 10 days and rack wort to sanitized Mini Keg with sanitized autosiphon
7.Drink the beer in a few weeks(about 33 - 341ml bottles)
8.Sanitize carboy(#2) add a half gallon of boiled and cooled(Sanitized) DME to the now mostly empty carboy(#1) and oxygenate with sanitized stone or saran wrap
9.Sanitize airlock; swirl and leave 18 to 24 hours on stir plate.
10.Sanitize; Ensure this is the same temp as the wort you are adding it to.
