Sparge with 1 Gal 77C for 15 minutes while bringing up to a boil

Boil for 90 Minutes

Cool wort to 70C to pitch

Ferment at 68-73C for at least 7 days
6.
Rack into secondary fermentor and dry hop for 5 days
