Using 2 kettles with 2 baskets recirculate both kettles

Mash at 148 degrees F for 45 minutes to an hour

Sparge until desired gravity and volume is reached

Chill to 12 degrees C

Ferment at 12 to 15 degrees C for 5 to 8 days
6.
Diacetyl Rest for 3 days at 20 degrees C
