Notes:
This one kicks ass, I think this is the best brew I have made yet. Color came out a deep amber with active carbonation that gives it a tight two finger off white head. Aroma is great with roasted malt and bright hops giving citrus, pine and spice. It has a medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Flavor comes on a bold toffee like malt base backed by a nice bitterness and fresh citrus and hop spice. Aftertaste starts with a bold bitterness balancing out the toffee that gives a sweet dried fruit note. Overall this is a great brew and I will be rebrewing it to keep it on hand.
